I am a small business owner & typically have no problem mailing my clients what they paid for. This is the most rude and nasty crew I’ve come across at a United postal service (I have lived around the globe) so rude that I actually thought the guy was playing a prank on me. Asian man named “yooo” needs to be reprimanded and given etiquette classes on how to speak with anyone especially customers. I am surprised that this place is even running with how graceless & disrespectful their employees are. Let me be of warning, stay clear and far away from this place. I will be trying to get ahold of higher ups in the mean time.

They never give me the correct key or put the box in the correct corresponding locker. This is twice in a few months for me. Like, please come on.

I may be bias, but this has been the best post office I’ve been at. The crew of carriers are reliable and helpful. The clerks are knowledgeable and friendly. Management is diligent in solving problems. Most of all it’s the customers that make it like a family. Number one☝️post office in my book.

In my experience, every post office has had employees that are rude and unhelpful. The Dexter post office is by far the most amazing customer service we have ever had. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and know exactly what you need!

Dropped off a package in the drop box. Two weeks later, the tracking number says it was never scanned in at the post office. Not sure if this was laziness or they lost the package but I have no idea if it was actually ever delivered. This seems to be a common practice at all post offices. Not sure what happened to our postal system but it has been on a quick decline since the pandemic which also was the same time a new Post Master was hired.

I'm a small business owner and have mailed out all my products with the same postage no problem. That is until I came to this location. Man at front desk refused to take my package and just kept repeating I had wrong postage. And would not print of a new one for me when I asked for the correct one. Just tossed my package bag at me and walked away.Edited post. Next day went to a different post office they accepted my package with no problem.
