Unfortunately my family and I are dealing with the same exact issue as many others. My Grandmother was laid to rest over a year ago and we continue to get the run around regarding her headstone that my Grandfather paid in full months ago! Excuse after excuse after excuse. At this point we will be taking legal action. I advise you all to do the same!

Terrible experience getting my grandfather's headstone that was prearranged over a decade before his passing last year. Here we are over 10months later with no marker, many excuses, and now no return phone calls the past week.....In your response. My grandmother has been calling and getting a different excuse and date each time since before the Holidays last year.. "It'll be there after the first of the year.. it'll be another 4 weeks, 2 weeks, it's too heavy for us to transport etc. etc. etc.. After hearing her frustration and near tears over the last call I stepped in. The vendor we were told was transporting the stone to the cemetery is not because we called them. Now when I have tried to call (and left numerous messages) for the manager with you guys I have received no return phone calls. The secretary thinks it will be there at the end of the month because whoever is now transportingit has a wedding and vacation. But we still do not know who that vendor is.. Beth has been contacted and a message left. Third party or not Forest Lawn was paid for the headstone years ago and it's now your responsibility to deliver. Everything about this situation is unacceptable.

This company has been giving my grandma the run around in delivering a headstone for my grandpas grave. It was originally supposed to be placed in January (he passed away in September). They’ve sent her pictures of the finished product and given her multiple delivery dates that all come and go without the headstone being placed.Grandma is obviously distraught and companies who treat grieving people this way should be ashamed of themselves.

It has been almost a year since my father has passed and they still haven't put his stone on his grave. They said his stone was picked up by another company, we called that company and they don't have it or know where it is Now we have call Forest Lawn to find out where my dad's stone is at and they won't even return our phone calls and as far as we know my father's stone is lost.

The state paid for my Baby girls burial and Foest Lawn was very kind to our family. I need to get a stone for her. Do you all have a website for us to order from. It has been 10 years as of this February 2019.
