Don't refinance your auto loans, lost title, lost lien release, been dealing with it for 3 months and still nothing resolved. Keep calling manager and customer service and everyone says they will look into it and get back to me and nobody calls back.

They close at 5pm. I left work quickly so I could get there before 5pm. I walked up to a locked door at 4:55pm. I called at 4:56pm and the phone rang and rang, they never answered and there wasn't even voicemail. This is a business, they should remain open for the hours listed. Ridiculous.
