Horrible employees! Threatening to call cops on my wife for sitting in the parking lot before they opened!! Very threatening and unprofessional behavior!! Never go there!!

This morning I stoped at this store to grab a few thing and supplies for my cleaning business.
Like I do at any dollar General store depending on where my cleaning is at. I got there five minutes befor they opened, employee got there 2 minutes befor oping. I was finessing up a email then went in. Employee confronted me at the dorr and told me I’m not allowed to be in parking lot unless there open, employee continue to be to tell me and threaten the next time she will call the police on me and she was about to befor I walked in.
I said I didt know that and really iv never heard I couldt befor. Employee was very rude and threatening made me feel very uncomfortable the way she handled it. I was going to continue to get my things but was feeling very very uncomfortable walking down the aisle as she was watching me. So I left

Wow. Worst service I’ve ever experienced. I don’t expect much from such a place, but the person working clearly went out of her way to be rude. I was shocked. Literally go anywhere else.

It was a bit more cluttered but still able to find what I need. The cashier, however, was extremely helpful and very cool with a friendly conversation. Definitely a come back to store

Consistently severely understaffed. Aisles are hard to navigate with U-carts of unloaded stock. The self-serve checkout is consistently out of service, leaving one poor sole at checkout. Good management and more employees would make a HUGE impact. I miss the old manager!

The biggest asset of this store is the lady with dreads. She is always super friendly and funny despite them never having enough employees to run a sufficient store. I have been in management for decades and I don't know who runs this store above the store management, but they need to get ahold of themselves and practice some humility that maybe not just the employees are the "problem."

Walked into the store to see that the entire isle I needed was lined with carts piled high with boxes so I couldn’t even get to any of the items I wanted to purchase without moving the carts. I walked up to the register and set my stuff down and greeted the cashier a friendly “hey how are you today” which I in turn got a dirty look and no response. She rang me up and said nothing to me other than “want the receipt in the bag” so I said yes please. As I grabbed my bag I told her to have a nice day which she responded “yup”. To the cashier with purple hair, you work in customer service, if you do not want to serve the customer and hate your job that badly I suggest you find a different job.

Pulled up 958 all the doors wide open no employee inside the store whatsoever. Notice lighters flicks coming from a van outside with what appeared to be a fat woman and a middle aged pink haired man inside it rolling a bubble. After a few minutes this odd looking pink haired thing with glasses waddles its way inside the store and lo and behold what I thought was a middle aged man was actually the cashier which is ironic because it couldn't count to 21. Idk if it was the meth or testosterone or if that thing is just plain incompetent but besides being unable to look anywhere but the floor it can't do simple math and after the 3rd attempt to count my wife's money she had to give it a math lesson and do it's job for it which upset it so it stomped itself back to the van with its fat companion. Don't go to this store

This has got to be the worst store . Store is constantly closed because all the employees walked out, I just ran in to grab water and sandwich bags no water and one box of bags. Coolers and most of the food shelves almost empty. Place needs to be permanently closed being it's more of a inconvenience to stop there for a quick stop and have to go somewhere else to get basic stuff.

I love our Dollar General in Dorr, MI. It’s always nice and clean. Customers and staff are very nice and friendly. It’s always busy. Our Family Dollar is nice and clean too with friendly customers and staff.

This place is a joke and becoming just like the nasty Wayland location. Never open and can't move around in the store. And don't think about sending out any packages because they will sit there for a week before you have to go back and get it because they never shipped out .

Dorr dollar general closed without putting up any signage. Some customers allowed to remaining shopping and Pepsi delivery advised closed due to fire hazard from too many deliveries? Poor service. At least 8 customers drove into lot and stood at the door with no communication from staff. Poor customer service ? we found a different business to spend our money.

So I went to shop and this cashier Mathew didn’t know how to do a check cashing. So I asked if there is some else can do it he said no. So I asked to speak with a manager or anyone else. He said there was no one is the store and manager left him by himself. Tell me how in the world you leave a new kid to run a store by himself?Oh and top it off same thing happen today. I’m furious for two day in the row same kid works and can’t help me. I had to go Meijer instead and the closest on is almost 20 miles away! But with my recent experience with ur store I won’t be coming back at all, I’d rather drive extra 20 miles!
