Exceptional customer service! I got P320 AXG grip from LOK grips and decided to exchange for heavier LOK brass grips. Their customer service was super helpful and took care of it without any concerns. Excellent quality product and it made the grip so much better.

I had the best experience with this company today. I recently found out it was located very close to where I live, so I just showed up at the business. Did not make any appointments or call ahead. I was welcomed and invited to check out their products. I was hoping to check out and feel some of their different grips textures to decide what would suit me best, and they happily obliged. Everyone was so friendly and it was a wonderful experience. I ended up purchasing the Palm Swell GridLOK grips. They have a huge selection and variety of all different textures, thickness, colors to accommodate every shooter. They even changed the grips for me on my pistol while I was there. ?
I highly recommend this company and their wide variety of products. It was an extra bonus to support a local business!

Have two sets of Lok grips so far and I am very happy with them. I went with the palm swell grips for my CZ’s and they feel great. The full checkered are great and the bogies are very aggressive and grippy. ??

Haven't installed on my 92x but just received in the mail today. I ordered the Velocies. These feel extremely gripy and will be great for shooting. The only downside I see without shooting with them installed yet is the hue of the g10. I ordered them in neon green and they are more of a zombie green

Original post: The fact that there business hours aren’t updated and I wasted $4.25 a gal gas to go there makes me upset so just a FYI there open m-f 7-3 which is objectively terrible hours to be open but I don’t have a actual review of there product I guess I’ll have to order online for that now >:(Edit: they responded as well as updated the hours on google and answered other questions that weren’t clear so I’m happy now my grips are order can’t wait to get them.

We could not be happier with our custom 1911 grips that we ordered. The customer service was amazing as well. Kenny helped us through the custom build process and was very knowledgeable. This is the only place I will be going for custom grips in the future.

Great Service very nice Grips. I thought with covid that it would take longer to receive my order but about a week after I placed the order they were in my mail box. I bought the TANFOGLIO PALM SWELL BOGIES for my SAR K12 Sport and they fit and look great no modifications needed!!!!
