Garbage. The girl at the counter wouldn't listen to what I said. I told her why my debit card wasn't working and instead of listening, she wasted my time. The manager tried to apologize, but this issue has happened 4 times. Every time I get a new card, there's an issue with it and i have to return multiple times. I had to repeat myself 3 times to two different people. Terrible customer service. You should never argue with a customer. They have old records on file that are incorrect. I've banked with them for 20 years. I would not recommend this branch to anyone.

I've been with United Bank for many years. Absolutely no reason to switch, even though I no longer in the area. Great customer service and friendly people.

Although I don't have a bank account (anywhere), when I needed to change a couple twenties and couldn't get to my credit union I walked into Union Bank, and, with a smile, she gave me the change I needed.

Anytime I've needed help with any banking issues, they always fix the problem quickly. The employees are always friendly and helpful.

I have been with United Bank for 20 years. I have gotten nothing but exception service!! They are always polite and professional. And if I have difficulty or a problem they have gone to great lengths to help me. I would highly recommend them.

I had recent experiences with this bank through another person I wrote a check to. Because I made an error in the check, follow up was needed. This bank kept my money for 29 days and never contacted me! I finally had to reach out to my own bank who accomplished the reversal in 24 hours. My credit union was equally confused at United Banks process. They certainly did not have the customers interest in mind.

We received an email from a company with an attachment that needed to be printed out, and our home printer wasn't working. We called the Dorr branch of United Bank and asked if we could send them the attachment, and if they would print it out for us. We needed to sign that paperwork and have it notarized. Everything was ready when we got there. We signed it, Annette notarized it and then made copies of all of the signed paperwork for our files. This was all done at no charge. That is awesome customer service!

This location and the gun lake location worst experience ever. The ATM never I repeat NEVER works. Always have to backtrack to the Wayland location I've never had problems with. I will remain going to the one and only location I can trust which is the Wayland location. People there are great and everything works as it should. Deposit money at ATM withdrawal etc works as should. Gun lake staff is ridiculous and Dorr location ATM never works. Pay the $3-4 to use another banks atm save yourself the hassle.

Annette Fever is amazing to deal with. She helped my son get his first loan. We have been a customer for 20 yrs. Love the their service and employees.
