I may no longer be with this bank (I moved a while ago and there was no Macatawa where I would be) but this place is wonderful. The service always feels personalised and pleasant. They know my family right away whenever one of us visits. Martha is always a pleasure to talk to even if it's just saying hi. Recently I took my sister to exchange some coins and they gave us coin rolls and were patient as we went to a corner to roll them. If I end up staying her for good, I will be switching back.
