You know I don't want to give a bad review because I have always done good business with them but this last time wasn't the greatest business dealings in Aaron's defense I think they are getting tired of being ripped off an i think that is what they getting used to dealing with so I ant gonna hold it against them because over the years I have bought an paid off thousands of dollars worth of merchandise with no issues an believe or not I think I hope to get an engagement ring from them as long as they have what they are advertising but overall good people

Terrible company. The staff is rude. They threaten to take your stuff back but still charge your account the same day. Never again will I deal with them!

I purchased a few items from Aarons! Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy! Had an issue with the manager being a compulsive liar! Used as a reference, found out she wasn't the only one! Claimed I didn't make payments on time!! Did auto pay, they pulled double payments, so I called it in each month! Came to my home to collect payments, LIARS! Came to my home multiple times because they failed to give me proper bolts etc. to set up my furniture. Long story short, gave me multiple discounts because they failed to get it right the first 5x! Said if they kept me "happy" I paid my payments! WOW, WHAT A CONCEPT!! DO RIGHT BY YOUR CUSTOMERS! Obviously a small pool of workers, since they prefer to continuously hire liars and idiots that can't put a bed together or attach a
mirror! So, buy at your own risk! They are IDIOTS!!

Manager is RUDE!!! I’ve completed multiple leases with this location and she’s always been hard to deal with. THIS time though was ridiculous, trying to have me pay for something a relative didn’t return when my name was NOT on the lease agreement and when I refused they came and picked up the merchandise I had. Not to mention when they originally delivered my merchandise the delivery guys were talking about it being 4/20 and how they were going to be smoking down, all infront of my 8 year old daughter. Do what ya wanna do but keep it professional when delivering on the job. Will NEVER return to this place, I’d suggest rent a center. The lack of professionalism at this place is ridiculous!!

The worst place you could ever rent items from. Not only is everything triple the price your trying to rent but when you sign a lease and make your first payment, they call you and say they need more info and because you refuse to give them everything but a landlords number they cancel you’re lease and refund the money. I would never recommended Aaron’s. Go anywhere else not here!

General manager is RUDE. Won't let you speak, she treats her customers like a problem. After paying off our things, we will never come here again. I will be calling who's above her and reporting. Seems I'm not the only one she's rude to either! Do NOT recommend this location!

Nothing but legal thieves and crooks. Don't bother with this place. Aaron's is nothing but a shell of its former self. The manager Maria is a real c**t.
