Rob H. Is a wonderful person and great provider he has seen both my kids over a 15 year span and he is always so helpful and great with the kids. He knows his job well and has never steered me wrong when diagnosing my children. I wouldn't want any other provider.

The care I receive here is phenomenal my P.A. Susan Smith will be retiring next year and I will be sad to see her go she has taken excellent care of me and as far as Ascension goes they also have been great to me I hope I get to pick out a doctor from there to finish out my care

Love my doctor, very smart and nows what she's doing... finally found a doctor at ascension that knows what they are doing... Ascension seems to lose all the good ones hope you keep her!!!! And pray she stays!!!!

They've gone from great to horrible. They decided to "clean house" of all previous doctors and staff a while ago and all services have gone down hillBeen fighting an incorrect bill since June and today they refused to send in a refill without a $296.00 office visit, of which I've seen the provider twice in the last 6 months.Nurse's only response today was "maybe you need to find a different primary care" and she was 100% correct.Go to Lakeland-Spectrum in Niles/St. Joe, Bronson in Kzoo/GR, Memorial in South Bend, etc, just pick anyone but Ascension-Borgess

I've been trying for 40 minutes to get someone to answer the dang phone! I selected another extension and the person answering tried to help however, both extensions she sent me to went unanswered. Seriously?

I have had such a horrible experience with what has been going on!And this Dr. I seen today I definitely would no recommend him to know one....Never listened just said I've been Dr for 30 + yrs..... When your in pain been in hospitals your allergic to meds they want to give you....So No you people need to be better now like it was 2 1/2 yrs ago....NO COMPASSION

Worst place ever. They will change your doctor without telling you and when you try and refill prescriptions they call the pharmacy and say you have never been there and will not issue any refills. Rediculous. It's happened twice to my family!

I know things are rough. So I have been patient. I was a Dr. Ording patient. I have been rescheduled many times now.I establish with Susan, which I shouldn't of had to do. And now I am being rescheduled from my July appoint and told there is no availability until November. I can't keep waiting. I can't feel my feet I have pain going up my legs and more, and I am trying to get this taken care of, but I can't simply go on a cancellation list as I work. About to find a new physician. I should already have the medication I need. I should already be getting whatever treatment I need.
