After some bad experiences at another groomer, I called Bow Wow to give them a try. They listened to me and my dogs issues with Athritis and age. When I had another dog after a spontaneous adoption, they were able to pencil him in too same day. They were so good with my dogs and had comfy chairs to relax in. Will be coming...
