I was looking for a specific year (2006 or older) with 150K miles or less. I had to do internet search since there are not too many around that meet those specifics. I did send an inquirey in when I saw this truck on the internet. I received an answer right away even though it was after hours. We communicated with FB messenger and texting. When I did the test drive I had a question about the timing belt being serviced. The accu check report didn't show it so they called the gentleman that traded it in and let me talk to him to get the answer I needed. Over all a pleasant experience. Also I like that they filled the gas tank and provide 4 oil changes and tire rotations. Chris also said if I bring it in on a Monday he will touch up some of the scratches in the paint.

My family and I have bought 6 vehicles from them over the years but never again! Ron is a great guy and salesman otherwise I would have gave a one! We Got our oil changed on a friday but couldnt get our car until after hours so we brought our extra set. The following Tuesday we called and the lady on the phone said she sent them in the mail.(Mind you it was the wrong adress that we no longer had lived at) after contacting numerous times and no keys have turned up. Fast forward 6 months they no longer remember so not their problem! Now I have to pay 210 for a new one!

This year marks the 6th vehicle I have gotten at Wimberly Ford. Most of them were a year or two old. Every one was a great vehicle. Salesmen were great, making sure I was happy with price. Financial person very willing to work with me so I had a payment I was comfortable making. I definitely will go there again...in another 4,5 or 6 years...depending on when the mood hits me to get a different vehicle! Dallas and Max were wonderful this year! Love the new ride!!!

While on the search for a vehicle of my own, I observed a friend's interactions with this dealer before making any commitments with my own time and money and let me just say that I am glad I didn't waste either. After 4 months, the vehicle still hasn't showed up. This was intended to be a trade in with an older model and is actually the third time he has upgraded to the new year of this vehicle. Two months after the initial order, no calls had been received so they decided to call and inquire about the status- they were told that nobody knew where the vehicle was. A week later, and several phone calls in with none yet to be received he was told by Dallas that the Ford company only manufactures one vehicle model a month and had to wait until February for them to make the vehicle. After a quick phone call to my cousin in Logistics at the Ford Headquarters plant we were informed that was entirely incorrect. Our next phone call we brought up this point, but this time we were told that the workers were on strike and they were not building them because of a steering wheel. Again, we were informed that this was a lie and after 3 months there were still no phone calls from the dealer informing us on the status of the vehicle. After another frustrating phone call, we went in to the dealership and Dallas looked it up on his computer- apparently for the first time as he was just as shocked to see that the car had been released to a body shop and the arrival date had expired. There was never any mention of an arrival date before this point. It has now been 4 months and there still has been no word and no contact from the dealership on this vehicle and quit frankly I am appalled at the customer service here. The few times I went in and interacted with Dallas personally I felt very slighted by his attitude and his general demeanor, including an obvious dislike of his customers and his unwillingness to help the way you would expect from an upstanding, appreciative businessman.

If you dislike dealerships because of the salesmen being pushy, rude, obnoxious and know-it-all's, then you really need to come to C. Wimberley Ford. They treat everyone like family and really just want to find the best vehicle for you. It helps to be open and honest in what you are really looking for because the team there will find it and deliver as promised. Bryan Hayden is exceptional when it comes to explaining the pros/cons of vehicles, finding the vehicle you want and he was patient with all my questions and comparisons. He really is an A++ of a guy to deal with if you are looking for a new to you vehicle. Dallas does an excellent job at answering questions as well! And he is very quick and thorough with his position. Overall excellent experience and I am happy to say this is why I am a returning customer - the team is one of a kind at C. Wimberley Ford.

I worked with Derek and he was great! Everyone there was extremely friendly and professional. They were quick to get me answers to any questions I had and made the process of purchasing my new car very simple. They have a great selection and I would recommend this dealership as well as Derek to anyone.
