Fit Stop Dowagiac is a 24/7 gym with a wide range of equipment, including boxing and separate workout rooms. Members enjoy cold drinks with lots of variety, showers, lockers, and both men's and women's bathrooms. The staff, especially the manager, is helpful and supportive. Many members have made lifelong friends and achieved their fitness goals here, making it a highly recommended place for workout and community.

Love this gym and Gary and Kali! It’s a shame when people deface and vandalize the local gym and then bad mouth the owner and staff, and leave a bad review.. shame on them! Take responsibility and be respectful. Thankful to have FitStop in Dowagiac!

I have been a member here for about 5 years. The only gym around that has all the equipment you need and is 24/7 with your key fob so you can get in anytime you can get the time to workout.
