I’ve had horrendous experiences at this bank. From constant attitude and unreasonable fees, I highly recommend somewhere that actually cares about your opinion. They have these new ATMs that are supposed to have all these features- expect live teller doesn’t work, it takes forever for a check to clear (multiple days- and currently living paycheck to paycheck, it is insanely inconvenient) and their mobile deposit which is “nearly instant” takes 3+ days. Which the staff seem to think 3 days is nearly instant and in my opinion- is just infuriating. Feels like being lied to.

Worst bank in the area if you're poor lol.Ridiculous overdraft fees and policies.The new ATMs they installed dont do anything they say they should. The live teller function doesn't work at all and forget about depositing checks through the ATM, as they will take several days to clear. Same with their mobile deposit. It says near instant and the staff seem to think that 3 days is near instant somehow. Near instant deposit should mean a day or less. Will be switching to chase asap.

This bank is ridiculous. I just spent literally 50 minutes sitting in line to visit the virtual teller, and I wasn't even able to use the service. Avoid this branch at all costs.

I can't say enough good things about this credit union. As a business owner, they are the absolute best place to go for efficient service, impeccable support and the absolute kindest people. They treat you with respect and try their very best to help you find a solution. I would specifically like to thank Janie Reifenberg. She went above and beyond to help me find a solution. She even reached out to her contacts in the community. Everyone I've met there has been wonderful.
