Couldn't access the computer because employee didn't know the password. Said to come back at noon when person that knew the password would be there.

MoneyGram is the worst money transfer company in the world. Communication via email is super slow and transfer of money is even worse. Customer service said to wait another 45 minutes for the transfer. After 2 hours I cancelled the cash transfer. I would not use them for any money transfer.
