“My experience has been good however I am disappointed that Ferrelgas offers you the ability to lock in lower summer prices,which is good, than charge you a fee for doing it. The explanation given makes no sense " we waived the fee in the past but no longer can do this" . You can if you want to but what you decided is if you take advantage of locking in a lower price we are losing money so to recoup some of that lost revenue we will recapture some of those funds with a service charge. REALLY!”
