Me and my husband went to get 15 dollars of gas from the shell station and they told us our card was declined so we left to check the balance and they took 50 dollars from us we went back in and they called the lady that runs the place and she said there was nothing they could do to help us and they didn’t take the money cuz our card was declined but our card was declined cuz they took all of the money.

It’s nice that they hire the mentally challenged but it got less cute watching them struggle with a coffee machine for 20 minutes instead of checking me out

Pumps are slow. Make sure your mot in a hurry to get anywhere. No hot food in the morning anymore. Always some guy working the front on his phone and being rude and having it play whatever he’s watching on it while trying to check customers out

The woman working late night 8/31 very early morning before 1am 9/1 had her boyfriend at the counter (which I understand and he didn't interfere with her doing her job) and 4 people standing outside being loud and cursing. My child and I could hear them two blocks away on the way to and from the store. When we mentioned the situation outside and got the reply "well it's people that haven't grown up yet" and she acted as if it was approved of and normal behavior for her company to be cursing in the parking lot especially with a customer who had a child. Seems like any time this employee is working they are on their phone which comes before cashing customers out, they sit in their vehicle smoking and on their phone not paying attention to what's going on in the store or they have a ton of inconsiderate people there. Some of us understand having people up at work when you're the only one there for your safey, but there should always be two employees on site at all times. I know my kids and I, along with several others we know have experienced the same issues with this worker on countless occasions. We all have the best customer service and enjoy coming to this location when the woman with the longer hair is working as she is always so friendly and pleasant, which this store needs more workers like her. Tonight I was extremely disappointed and disgusted with the behavior and language my child and I experienced and the fact that when these people saw I had my child they continued with their foul language and yelling across the parking lot. .

Nothing is more rude than talking loudly on the phone and completely ignoring everyone that steps up to register. Grossly inconsiderate!

Only 1 person working all night at busy times, scorching hot in the store, cashiers are more concerned with their phones & friends in the store than customers, I've been turned down from turning in lottery tickets due 2 them mot wanting to do it & they keep the food in hot case all hours of the night. I was sold a pizza puff at 1am later finding out that it was made at 4pm.

New owners are providing excellent service. The inside is nice and clean and the employees are very polite. It’s also in a great location for a gas station in dowagiac. I’m only giving it four stars instead of five because the cops love to hang out there all night long.

Gas pumps are very slow, manager or owner I don’t know who he is but he never wears a mask. And watch when he rings you up. 2 Pepsi products are 2/$3 or 1.99 each he tried to charge me $2.29 each and a milk I bought yesterday when scanned rings $1.99 he charged me $2.19 today.

The lady named Amy that was working the night shift last night was VERY rude and nasty, and she was only rude to the black people who came in which was my husband and me. She was NOT helpful or accommodating!
