I would rate a zero but can't, made an appointment for noon got there at 1150 was told I'd be seen shortly, 45 minutes later I still hadn't been seen nor spoken too, the customer service here is absolutely terrible. Go to the other great salons in town. Do better.

Meghan cut my hair and did a fantastic job. She was recommended by a friend who hired Meghan to do hair and makeup for the bridesmaids of a wedding. Said she was outstanding. I also bought a container of local honey they had for sale. It was the best I've ever tasted.

I had an amazing experience at this salon! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and my stylist was so talented and attentive. She really listened to what I wanted and gave me the perfect haircut. The salon itself was clean, modern, and comfortable. I felt so pampered and relaxed during my visit. So in businesses like this, the customer should come first, my sister came in an asked to get some blonde in the front. An for some reason they thought it was ok to give a person that just started a week ago to do her hair!. She ended up turning it green!. Then the manager said they did all they could do. An it would be appreciated if you would still give her a tip. Excuse me. But green is not blonde. To top it off she spent 3 hours out of her day. Just to get green hair. A women's hair is everything an to get told that is plain rude. Instead of saying all that. You could have scheduled her a new appointment with someone with MORE training. I would HIGHLY NOT recommend.
