I have to say our mail lady Kim is just wonderful. She is always upbeat and willing to wait for you to get your money if you owe for an item that needs postage so you don't have to go into town to pick it up. She's the best.

I have mail notice on my phone and when my regular mail man is off So is all our mail and that’s sad ? There getting paid over $28.00 an hours and yet some are still lazy and in committing to doing there jobs

Had my packages returned to me, and was left a note stating USPS priority shipping materials can not be used as packing material. I reuse Amazon boxes? And literally every other mail carriers packaging as packing material to reduce waste. I suppose the USPS prefers its customers to waste unnecessary paper products than recycle/reuse their “priority” boxes. Seems very inefficient and counter productive to me. Glad to see time is being wasted going through my mail to see what packing materials are used instead of being focused on solving the delays/logistic issues they’ve been facing for months.

I receive my mail on time everyday. Depending on who delivers it. There’s 2 different mailman’s I’ve noticed but receiving it on a regular time for each is constant. Ones off an hour than the other. If my packages don’t fit in my mailbox they do bring it to my door! Very friendly. There was a time I received a package I had ordered from eBay in which I owed money for delivery and my mailman paid it in full. I received a receipt and paid him back what he paid the next day. He didn’t have to do that but did. The people that work at the post office in dowagiac are very friendly and help you to the fullest. They take there time and don’t rush so you understand fully and not second guess or ask the same question over just to understand better lol They also can be fast paced if your trying to get in and out quick. Great place to do business with!

An hour early with my much needed mower part! I love my carrier! Delivering mail is hard, dirty, frustrating, dangerous work and I'm grateful for every carrier and all that they do for me and my community.

Every time I need something for my package the person at the counter will tell me. That I need to buy my own so I’ve brought a roll of tape, bubble wrap and a box. They don’t use there own. But I still like going there the workers are friendly and nice.

They want to go everywhere in the morning except for your street. Then 6 hours later they want to deliver the priority package that you've been waiting for them to deliver after it being at the post office for 2 days.

My mailbox is just outside my neighborhood and is pretty big. Every single time I have a package bigger than four inches it says delivery attempted and I have to go to the post office. That is frustrating especially when you have a newborn with you. I once had a package with fedex and they say it didn't fit in the mailbox and they actually came and delivered it a ton my door. Also every time I go to pick up said packages they have a hard time finding them. I'm so over this and wish they wouldn't use usps anymore.

I get my mail at a consistent time every day, which is nice. What isn't so nice is our route carrier tossing my packages wherever he sees fit. Feel free to knock on my door.
