The machines are in good condition and the prices are good. Attendants are generally friendly. However, experiences with staff reliability can vary. The weekend employees are noted as unreliable and often do not show up on time to open, though the owners promptly address these issues. There was also an incident where a customer's lost towels were not found by a night employee but were later recovered by the day shift. The business is conveniently located near Burger King and McDonald's, as well as next door to Mr. Wahoo's restaurant.

Forgot some really good Navy blue towels in one of the dryers. Called 2 hrs later and was told nothing was found. yeah right I called back this morning and the employee said she found them this morning so the gal working nights didn't look like she told me she did. Thanks to the gal working day shift.

This is a great place to do your laundry. Machines in good condition, prices are good. I have never used their laundry services, but the attendants are friendly and I would expect they do a nice job on laundry services as well. Burger King and McDonald's nearby.
