While on the road my 2007 Corolla kept sounding an ominous "ping-clink-ping" sound, loud enough and persistent enough to worry me. A Wimberly friend led me to Wimberley Automotive where Rob drive my car several yards, stopped, rummaged around the wheel-brake casing and fished out a pebble. Problem solved. He refused recompense. If I lived in Wimberley and had car trouble Wimberley Alutomotive is where I would take my car.Phineas Washer

Terrible customer service. We had a recall on our Ford Fusion, the passenger door latch was bad. So my girl friend called them 3 times within 3 weeks asking about it. I understand the times we're in and that parts are back ordered but they kept giving her the run around. So when I called to see what's happening, they didn't even have the part on order for her. So they lied to her multiple times about having ordered this part for her. Basically they ignored every request she made and then tried to convince me that she was lying to me or had the wrong number. Mind you I was with her every time she called them and she gave me the exact same number. Then she told me that we need to just take it back to the dealer she bought it from (even though they sell Ford and back Fords product) washing her hands from the situation. And then got mad at me because I was upset about the situation. I've bought from the Chevy dealer before and they were great, but the Ford dealership must've missed the memo on how to treat its customers. I'll no longer shop at either dealer knowing that this is the status quo for C Wimberly..
