“Very pretty uncut, unpolished Puddingstone from small to large sizes! Reasonable prices. They also have items made from Puddinstones which are pretty! Nice pieces! The employee was very helpful and knowledgeable about the island and have us great ideas about what to go see! They do charge the fee for running a card, like most places on the island and a lot around the country. Bring cash if you don't like that! Most places just make their items a higher cost so you don't realize you are paying it! I would recommend this place as a great stop when you are on the island! I gave a 4 instead of 5 because they have kayak rentals but we couldn't rent them because they weren't registered yet which I thought was strange for mid-June!”

“Really nice place, I'm not into jewelry but this stuff is made by artists and I enjoyed just looking at it! Very interesting pieces made with minerals and rocks from the UP area. Lots of other gift & beautiful items as well. I thought the prices were reasonable as I see some people thought they were high. These are artist created pieces, these are not high prices! I'm not an artist (science teacher) but I like what I saw and got a few things! They make things there in a shop but it was closed today so I'm not sure what it looks like. This place is worth a stop and look around! So much beauty! Lots of cool raw puddingstone & pieces cut into all kinds of things from drawer pulls to coasters to bookends, etc. They make them in the shop and deliver so you might be able to request a particular item but I didn't ask. They prefer you pay in cash in the store if your able due to the charges from the company's they have to absorb & they don't have a public restroom.”
