“I've never had my car repaired here but will in the future should the need arise. I had a tire losing pressure fast so I drove into their lot before opening. A gentleman was inside, and he let me in. Then he fixed my tire, and I was on my way with no charge. Just based on this kind gesture and their amazing reviews, any new repairs that I need done will be done there.”

“Local, trustworthy, honest and professional! Very hard to find an honest shop these days and Romeo Auto Class is top notch. Wife took her truck in to get a chip fixed and instead of telling her it was going to be $139 for the repair like Safe Lite, they informed her that it wasn’t actually deep enough to spread but they would fill it in and smooth it out free of charge. Couldn’t have been any more impressed with the service provided and will drive the extra miles for that type of service. Highly recommended!”

“I *LOVE* this place!!! I was recommended to them by a customer of mine and WOW! In the past few months, they replaced my broken tie rod and sway bar and also replaced my front brakes, and it was such a simple process! The scheduling ended up being perfect for the day I was hoping for, and not only that, but when I picked up my car they even lubed up my super creaky door hinge! Such a blessing!?? My door always sounded like it was going to fall off lol
I will ALWAYS go here. They are super friendly and the price is phenomenal for the kind of work being done. I definitely felt a difference in my breaks; I didn't realize how bad they were until they were replaced ? and the steering was waaaay smoother and more stable with the other repairs. “Started using this repair shop and so far I’ve been very impressed with their work and honesty. I took my truck in recently for a warning light for the battery and they could not pin point the problem as it could be the alternator or a wiring problem in the the end they suggested I take it back to ford as it could be some sort of computer problem. I was shocked to find out they didn’t charge me for their attempt to diagnose the problem. I will be using this shop again for tires, brakes etc..”

“I cannot stress how great this shop is! They got me in quickly and had the car fixed at a fraction of what I thought it would cost to fix a recently bought used 2014 Chevy 6t40 transmission. I was ready to get it rebuilt based on the symptoms (would not move in any gear and would even roll in park). Howard had it fixed in just a couple of hours!!!!! Talk about an honest mechanic, they found someone else had worked on it and the axle was not properly seated in the transmission. This caused the axle splines to strip off the axle. Luckily the splines were fine in the transmission so it only required an axle replacement. I was happily surprised when they gave me the bill. I know what parts cost and the time it takes to do this job, their price was beyond fair. So glad to have such a great resource close by for when I get into something beyond my expertise. I do ALL my own work but knew I was better off letting someone who rebuilds transmissions everyday do the work. I towed the car in around 9 am and drove it home by 2pm the same day. I would send my wife, sister or mother to Howards knowing they would be treated fairly and charge less than anywhere else for quality work. Again, I have am a real car guy who does all my own work and this family owned business will treat you like family.”
“I arrived approximately 10am & there was no waiting. The mechanics were polite & friendly. I have the potential for a future repair, which they advised me how to keep an eye on & return at anytime for a recheck.
They checked the air pressure in each of my tires & notified me on one that was slightly low. I was not that surprised as that tire had just been repaired from a nail puncture.
They wear uniforms with their names printed on them. They explained everything even pointing out on my receipt - commentary on what to watch on my vehicle.
I couldn’t be more pleased with the service they provide.
I have been coming here for many years (close to 20) & several vehicles later, I am still a happy customer.

“We have used this shop several times over the past few years. They have always been friendly, quick, and affordable. Today they went over the top. My daughter had her tire sheer off her car and it tore the fender almost off. She had it towed there over the weekend and they fixed it the wheel bearing, replaced the studs and lugs and even were able to secure the fender. She was very happy to get her car back in one day. As her Mom I want to say a big Thank You!! You have made our week far less stressful!! You guys are the best!!!”

“This is MY auto repair place to go. We've been using this place since July 2011 when we moved to the area and bought a car from a D lot that didn't even make it home. We purposefully drive older vehicles ( insurance is cheaper with teen drivers) all with over 100,000 miles and 3 with over 200,000 miles. We live on dirt roads with potholes so our vehicles get the wear from that and teenage drivers. I have always been treated great. They are honest about when they can get to a vehicle which is generally within a couple of days but often the day of. They are honest about what needs to be done now and what could wait if financially we needed to wait a little longer..( never steered us wrong yet.) The owner, manager Ryan, and repair technician have never spoken down to me. They explain what was wrong and ask if I have any questions. When giving a quote they look up the cost of item in a book or online and then add Labor... Which I love because I know they are not just trying to take advantage of my lack of knowledge. I would just like to add in the the 8 years I've been using this auto repair service I've never spoken with a front desk person other than the owner or Ryan who are both males. I've never heard a swear word in the customer area. And my vehicles have never smelled like smoke. My gas is never lower than I would expect not the mileage. I will continue using the car repair place for all the issues that we are unequipped to handle ourselves.”
