We went in to pick up a part for our Kubota tractor. We HAD the part (the small wheel of two from the mower deck,) that needed to be replaced. The young man we were referred to asked us the model number of our tractor. (We didn't know it, but then, who does?) He then told us that he couldn't get us the part unless we specifically KNEW the model of our tractor, (even though we had a working part in our hands!) We don't know why he couldn't have checked his stock or at the very least, help us determine our Kubota tractor's model number based on catalogues or previous records of sale. (We did business here a lot.)Fortunately, R & M motors in Pontiac helped us out immediately WITHOUT the model number! Too bad we had to drive out of our way to get it.

I recently bought both a used and new tractor from Rosy Bros and I have to say that those folks are OUTSTANDING! They went out of their way to make sure that this was an excellent experience for me. MISSION ACCOMPLISHED! They also have a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I'll definitely return when it's time to get something else.

Other reviews were 100% accurate. Called about a used Kubota, sat on hold for a while, eventually someone came back and I was told all the salespeople were in the shop and someone would call me. After not receiving a return call I called again. Equipment listed online with attachments that are pictured, but not actually included. They know what they have. Will not attempt to do business again.

I love Rosy's. I am absolutely shocked to see bad reviews. We've purchased a large Kubota tractor and a Sidekick and received nothing but the best in sales from Roger and service from Aaron.

Rosy Brothers are terrible people to deal with---totally inconsiderate and unreliable. They promised to deliver a new MX-5400 Kubota tractor to me on a certain date but days later it had still never been delivered nor did they have the courtesy to even call to tell me why they didn't show, as promised, nor when to later expect the delivery. They just don't care about their customers nor their promises. Even though I live very near Rosy Brothers, I ended up going all the way up to the Ball Kubota dealer in Sandusky MI to buy my tractor. The Ball dealer people are honest, caring, and reliable---a pleasure to deal with.

Just had my 21 year old KUBOTA BX2200 repaired here as the steering was failing. First attempt at repairs wasn't the solution, but Aaron had me bring it back and they took care of the rest, as well as giving it a thorough cleaning. It was also nice that since I was going out of town they dropped it off at my house when they were done. Couldn't ask for better customer service!

if your looking to be put on hold all day and never actually talk to anybody then look no further. I have called several times on multiple accessions and every time I'm put on hold until I hang up or somebody picks up after 15 minutes and cant tell me anything besides they have to call me back and then never do.

Just spoke to a fellow on the phone because I was looking for information on a tractor I was prepared to buy from them. I was treated badly. I felt like he was being pompous and talked down to me. I won't be doing any business with them any time soon. It is a bummer too because it was a nice tractor that I really need but I refuse to do business with a company that does not seem to value potential customers.

Rosy Brothers is a family managed business that was very accommodating and helpful in getting the equipment that I needed. I brought other family members in, who also bought a tractor and implements. Steve was extremely patient in providing detailed information to ensure we were satisfied with our purchase.

These guys were a pleasure to do business with! Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They even loaded the equipment we bought on our trailer.

This is a follow up to my previous review. It has been almost 9 weeks now since Rosy Bros. picked up my dad's brand new tractor. Yep NINE continuous weeks he has been without a tractor and paying to have 15 acres mowed. We have repeatedly asked for a refund, to no avail. Steve at Rosy Bros. wants to give us a "trade-in" refund on it. Offering my dad $5,000 less than he paid - seriously? As mentioned previously he paid cash :( We have contacted Kubota customer service on numerous occasions. They push the responsibility right back to the dealer. Now we're being told it will be at least two more weeks in the shop. COME ON ROSY BROS - DO THE RIGHT THING. He is 90 years old with cancer. Time is ticking away for him, his family would hate to see him pass away without this being resolved. You have his money, his tractor and you have received $$$ from Kubota for the warranty repairs that seem to be never ending. This most certainly is a win-win-win for you and a lose-lose for my dad. Just give him is money back -- all of it. This is not his fault. The tractor was (and still is) defective from the time of delivery. YOU told him to keep driving it to "break it in" -- so the 75 hours are on you. How much longer do we wait?????? 10 weeks, 12 weeks, 14 weeks, 6 months, a year? How long? How is this fair????? Do you have a conscience? My dad does NOT want the tractor back, you have torn it apart at least four times!!! Would you want it? A full refund it what he wants. You can keep the tractor, continue to work on it and get more $$ from Kubota, they seem to enjoy handing out money to their dealers. Eventually, you may be able to repair it and sell it. Or, return it to Kubota. At any rate, you will most certainly make out in the end. One more thing, we appreciate you staying in touch with us over the past nine weeks. NOT! Do you not know how to pick up a phone and make a call? Funny you knew how when you were in the process of selling the tractor. Amnesia I guess. Over the past nine weeks, you (Service Manager) have called us ONCE, yes once. We have initiated EVERY other call to check on status. Rosy, I hope you read this review. You used to be an honest dealer, what happened?
