“We used Ft Knox Mini Storage in Imlay City for nine years. It was convenient, well-maintained, and we always felt it was very secure. The people running the location are long-term managers and are very nice. We were kept appraised of any maintenance taking place (painting / power washing) and suggestions made for protecting our belongings (like tarps around the doors to keep out overspray from power washing). We would recommend this location for your storage needs.”
“Went to the facility today. My unit is locked but my account has been paid in full. 10:30am and no manager onsite and no one is answering the phones. Very disappointing.

“First off all the staff member that showed me around was GREAT! I think the facilty would be very secure. It's in an all cement building, an old factory. Even a tornado probably wouldn't take this place down.
Inside, due to the repurposing of an old building, the unit sizes are extremely varied, which is actually pretty cool. You'll be able to get exactly what you need as opposed to the industry standards.
The prices are reasonable. The only negative was a small section of the building that had some water intrusion which smelled rather musty. There were plenty of other areas available as well as almost the entire 2nd floor which they're still working on building out.”
