Would highly recommend! Had my 5th wheel RV on a site for 2 years. Very happy with everything. Easy gate access, whole site is super clean and organized and prices are very affordable. Rental process and payment process pretty easy through the website. Jeremy was always very helpful when I called with any questions.

We bought a storage unit off of Bid 13 auction and when we went out there to check it out there was no one onsite, we had to call numerous times before we got a call back and when we finally got a call back the man said that he could meet us there around 4-4:30 when we went out there to meet him he was nowhere in site so I called again and he came and let us in. He then drove so fast through the storage place so fast we couldn’t keep up with him, mind you we had a trailer hooked to the back of our truck when we finally found him he was parked. Then we got out of the truck to see the storage unit he had already removed the tag that was on the lock before we got there. That seemed pretty fishy to us so we said something about it to the guy and said we wanted to make sure what we bought online (pictures and video wise. Not walk in there just look from the outside) was in there before we handed over almost $600 cash for the unit and a $200 cash deposit. The guy said to us that’s not how it works so we said fine we are not buying it and started to walk to the truck and then the guy changed his tune. The guy was shaking and acting like he was on something and very rude and unprofessional. Long story short we bought the locker but after this experience with Dundee storage we will never bid on a storage locker from this place or ever rent a unit from this place! I personally can’t see how they are still open!? Word of advice don’t do business with this place they are a joke!
