Either the technicians are inept or they are simply refusing work that does not pay the hourly for time taken to do the repair. Particularly warranty. Very expensive for basic maintenance. I was hoping new ownership would be better than the previous ownership but no.

Every time I come to this dealership, whether it be buying a new vehicle or getting mine serviced, they are always so pleasant. Becky in service and Joe the sales manager are always friendly and so professional. They make me feel like I'm family.

Had a godawful experience with a manipulative, snarky salesman. He tried to rope me into buying a used vehicle with 60k miles on it for the same price as a new one. Said that the new models of the 3 different cars I was considering would take 3-6 months to be back in stock anywhere, if at all. He then told me I was being "combative" by telling him I wasn't interested in buying the 60k mileage car, after which I immediately left.I then drove 25 minutes southeast to a different Toyota dealership and reserved a new Corolla Hybrid that was to arrive from Japan to the dealer in a month at the most. I know car salespeople have to make end's meet, but that kind of dishonesty and weird psychological manipulation tactic disgusted me. I would avoid this particular dealership and instead consider visiting the ones in Rochester, Toledo, Dearborn, Ann Arbor, or any of the many others around the area.

We drive from Ohio to Dundee Michigan trusted the salesperson Ray Sweet, he said he checked things out for us, he told us there was a problem with the brakes so he'd have them fixed. In less than 12 hours, there was a serious problem with the brakes. I called Ray, but now that he already had the sale( cash mind you) he didn't seem to care. At this point it was our only working car, and were going to shop for a second one. Time was crucial, took time off from work,so we took the car from Germain to our neighborhood mechanic to check it wout. He said that they didn't replace the rotors like they said they would, that in fact the new brakes they did install made a pattern that wasn't connecting to the machined rotors. I texted Ray, and not only did he refuse to help me, then went off, and that we knew what we were getting. I gave the dealership a few days to try and make things right , I sent the invoice as requested. I decided to call the general manager Joe Neff he listed to me and said the problem is he already paid his service dept to fix this issue, I said clearly they didn't do their job since the brakes are not working. He then asked for the invoice and assured me he would get back to me. THIS NEVER HAPPENED. I got stuck with a bill for $468.I am posting this, for 2 reasons. To make people aware of their shady practices. The fact that they wanted me to drive an unsafe car is ridiculous. They made me feel like they wanted to "make things right" I told them I would post on every social media platform and make a claim with BBB if they chose to ignore the problem. Which they did. I would also like anyone reading this to know that we were a 3 hour drive away from the dealership and had rented a car to get there, then again when we realized the brakes were faulty. PLEASE be WEARY of what they tell you. They don't care, and will never get back to you. What a horrible experience !Potential CUSTOMERS should read this. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.

Our sales rep, Mikayla, was very diligent in making sure we found a car we could live with, and once it arrived she was very helpful in getting us in. She really stepped up and really deserves 5 stars for her effort but the system let her down. The wait time for a new Toyota Prius is really atrocious. 3-4 months for a take it or leave it lack of selection on style and features - basically black or maybe grey, but forget about any colors. We're told that's all tied to the chip shortage; but that makes no sense when it comes to a lack of color choice. This lack of choice from Toyota knocked 1 star off the review.Once we decided on the Prius, it kind of fell off the rails for us; hence the 3 stars instead of the remaining 4. Our appointment was at 5 pm. We decided by 6 we wanted the car; paying cash instead of financing. It was nearly 9 pm before we were done with our 15 minute meeting with the sales manager to complete the purchase; all because it appeared every sales person on the floor had buyers waiting and they all funneled to the same choke point in the process. This wait was ridiculous by itself; but especially since it was 4 hours past our dinner I can readily attribute the tone of this review to the low blood sugar we experienced by 8:45 that evening. We offered to come back the next day to complete the paperwork; but I'm sure they thought we'd change our minds overnight. It's funny how something that should be enjoyable, getting a new car, has got to be one of the worst experiences anyone can go through; and it has never improved in my nearly 50 years of car shopping. Which is why our Tundra is 18 years old and the Prius trade in was 11 years old!
