“This is really the only traditional gym in the Milan area and has the essentials to get a great workout. Drawbacks are that the location is quite small so it can be hard to follow a program or regimen when it gets busy. Regular classes are held at the location which always seem fun although I haven’t attended myself.Some of the equipment is outdated and a little worn down so it could definitely use an update, but it is functional and gets the job done.”
“Nice smaller sized gym that is 24 hours. Has pretty much all weight training equipment you need and doesn't get too crowded. Been working out here for about 2 years and haven't had a bad experience.”
