“I have not been a longtime customer (~0.5 years) but their internet service so far has been reliable. It has gone down entirely once and severely degraded once but it was back up within an hour or two, and their outage reporting is quite nice as well. They're my only real option living in a rural area since I will not consider satellite or other wireless technologies, but so far I have been happy.”

“We are switching from Comcast cable to D&P fiber. So far the experience has been great, customer service was fantastic, no contract, NO DATA LIMITS (looking at you, Xfinity). The installers did a great job putting the grass back down so that we won't have to repair anything. Service has not gone live and if things change, I will update my review.”
