Bring the K-Y Jelly. I had a check written from a KeyBank account. The bank tried to charge a $10.00 fee to cash one of their own checks because I didn't have a KeyBank account.
Take your response and file it in a place that the sun doesn't shine. I will NEVER even consider doing any type of business at KeyBank

I deposited $900. $800 into checking $100 into savings, they told me they'd mail me my debit card. Before my debit card arrived in the mail, they closed my whole bank account, I had to call to find this out. No notifications... Now my $900 will be arriving in the mail by check back to me.... Terrible... I have $900 in the air who knows ..... Briana Morris setup my account. But now my money is gone. They didn't notify me. I don't even know where my money is.

What a joke. I'm a local farmer who just came in to exchange a $100 bill for some smaller bills and they said because I don't have an account, they can't help me. What type of bank doesn't want to exchange money and have a good experience with potential customers. I did have a car loan through keybank a few years back. I don't think they want any future business with me at least.

I have been banking with Key Bank Dundee for about 20 years now. I would like to send a huge shout out to Tammy who works at this branch. I called with a tough task and she did not hesitate to complete this for me, in a very timely fashion. She was very pleasant on all interactions!! I was wonderful to experience someone who cares about their job!! Thank you so much!!

Do not refinance or get a loan with this bank, I tried to refinance with them, and when I got to the closing table, they had me in a home equity loan to refinance my house so I would pay only interest for the first 3 years, so I backed out of the loan, and they try to ruin my credit. I have contacted my attorney recently to sue them for trying to ruin my credit score of 812 because I wouldn't sign for a home equity loan to refinance, that's ridiculous, why they would even do that to me. I would find another bank if I were you to refinance but not fifth third Bank either.

Opened a checking account almost a month ago and never received a debit card. Called in today to find out it was never even ordered! Very poor service

Very unhappy with Key Bank. Went to cash a check drawn on that bank. Charged a $10 (TEN) Dollar service fee because I did not have an account there. UNBELIEVABLE. I will make sure I tell everyone I know about it. I will also do everything I can to have the organization that I belong to (that the check was from) change banks as soon as possible
