Service is normally very slow. They never have anything ready until I show up and I normally have to wait 15 minutes still.Don't know why they don't fill it when the doctor sends it over.

I called to talk about the prescription that was take as needed, that they just refill automaticly. They don't try to fix any problems. They do the bare minimum. I now get my meds from the walgreens pharmacy... it's been years of the same stuff being wrong.

I just had surgery so obviously that calls for medication usually. Well my husband went to get my medications since I obviously was not feeling up to it. So he goes in a good hour after my surgery has ended and is told he will have to come back in 30 minutes. Fine whatever I’ve been told that before. So my husband goes back an hour later. Since I’m not there and he doesn’t have my ID he can’t get my medication. Now that would be fine and dandy if I don’t know…they told us when he went the first time??? Now I’m in serious pain and my husband has to come back home and back to Kroger for the THIRD time. the lady who I talked to was totally rude and has no business being in any kind of customer service roll. Go to Walgreens I’ve heard so many people switch because of Kroger messing something up or taking too long. Honestly go anywhere they actually care about helping people like all people in the medical field should.

Whoever the young man in pharmacy is - he needs a raise. I have been in tears trying to get antibiotics for my daughter because Walgreens closed early for an emergency we didn’t know about before we had her prescription sent. The urgent care we went too wouldn’t answer the phone or the door at 7:58 to help send it elsewhere and she’s been crying in pain for about 4 hours (tylenol and motrin aren’t even helping). He was the only one who was incredibly nice and showed concern and care. We will definitely be going to the kroger pharmacy from now on. Thank you.

If I could give less than a star I would. I waited over 15 min at the Deli (not the first time I've had to wait), I finally got a manager the girl I deli was new. She ignored me when I said excuse me I need help. The manager had her wait on me and she said she couldn't understand me. I speak English. I understand I'm short and a lot of times I don't get seen but to be treated as rudely as I was today I'll go somewhere else the manager never even apologized

Over a week to get prescription filled then wait 45 min in line so they can tell you it'll be about 30 min to fill so you have to wait 45 min in line AGAIN.... worst pharmacy I've ever used!!

Worst pharmacy ever. Even if you call to make sure your prescription has already been filled, you're looking at an hour plus wait. The drive-thru has been shut down for a long time. Don't bother asking anything about; your medicine, insurance coverage, co-pays, why the app isn't working. In fact, just go anywhere else. They've actually been closed for the last few days due to " unfortunate circumstances" which is illegal.

I have been using Kroger pharmacy for year but this last year they are always short staffed and it takes almost a week to fill meds. I feel sorry for the staff. Maybe Kroger needs to start paying their employees a decent wage to keep workers.

I’ve used this pharmacy for a year because they are pretty much the only pharmacy in Dundee. They have been…ok…but I haven’t asked much…just monthly refills. They usually don’t have my prescription ready unless I call ahead…which again..not a big deal….what is a big deal is today I am heading out of town on a flight and needed my medication because I travel for work. I attempted to call and get my script transferred to a Kroger closer to me. They put me on hold for 25 minutes. I hung up and attempted to call the Kroger pharm that was near me. Again, 25 minutes on hold. I tried calling Dundee pharmacy again and when the rep answered the phone I tried to quickly ask her not to put me on hold and I know she heard me. She hung up the phone anyway. I spent another 25 minutes on hold and tried calling the general store number. The rep said to just come in and ask them to fill it. So I get in my car and try to race 35 miles in 30 minutes. On the way I call the store again, just to be told they changed their hours to 7pm and would not be able to fill my script. I will be first in line at Dundee Kroger pharmacy tomorrow to get my medication and then I will be transferring my prescription to a pharmacy that can pick up the phone. I understand being busy and having not enough staff but you have to understand people have lives and when you deal with medication you should understand that picking up the phone could be a life or death situation. I personally do not take these things lightly. You may have a line of people complaining and may be short staffed and want to get off your shift and go home which is understandable. Again, my life is what matters to me. And the fact that I made several attempts to contact this pharmacy and no one should be put on hold for that amount of time. I can’t give you advice about how to restructure your staff so that someone answers the phone. I will be taking not only my prescriptions elsewhere but will also be getting my groceries and gas elsewhere from now on. I’m not a person that screams and yells at staff. I speak with my wallet, which means I will be spending my money elsewhere for the future. This was an unacceptable experience. Do better guys.

WORST PHARMACY IVE EVER USED!!! They think it's acceptable to ask if I need my meds tonight or if I could wait til tommorow. Did I mention one was a "auto refill" and the other was called in over an hour before I got there. This place is a JOKE!!! I was told it would take almost 2 hours! And as long as I get there before they close it should be ready. I'll be switching as soon as possible! I'm not the only one. I have one friend that has had to go round and round with them the same problem I had today and another who is a Trans man. Needless to say they are NOT LGBT friendly! Horrible and would NOT RECCOMEND!!!

Let me start by saying that this store is n business only because they are the only grocery in the area. If Meijer or anyone else opened a store in Dundee, Kroger would quickly go out of business. Let me list just some of the complaints: -They don't stock shelves to make it convenient for customers. In the morning hours the aisles are blocked with people stocking. - People who do their own shopping have to dodge Kroger employees who are picking up on line orders. - The stocking isn't done at night, so it is hard to find certain items early in the morning. I have to make a tri back later this morning I hopes they have stocked the items I want. That's not helpful. - At the checkout in the early morning one has to do a self checkout even if one has a lot of items. I had about $100 worth of items. It was inconvenient and more time consuming for me to do it. - And, after having the pleasure of self checkout, the machine called a Kroger employee over to check my cart. The machine screen said "29 items. Help is on the way." There was nothing to "help" with. I believe they just wanted to make sure I wasn't trying to steal something. As I said, if there was ANY competition to this place, Kroger would be out of business in a flash.

If you don’t read the small print you get over charged. If you don’t check your receipt, you get over charged. Then you show them and they act like your lying. They seem to always be out of whatever is on sale and even today, they messed up and I proved it by taking a picture yet still had to go check and as I’m checking out, I heard them bad mouthing me. As much as I hate Meijer, if one came to town, I’d go there!

Their cutting down on human staffed check out lanes and increasing the automated ones, which I have a major problem with as I don't like being part of a system that eliminates people's jobs. On the weekends they intentionally have a low number of human staffed checkout lanes open to encourage people to use the automated ones because people don't want to wait in a long line. Fuel points is the only thing keeping me. If you ever discontinue them, I'll fire you on principle.
