if you don't want rotting or partially bad produce, go to LAMBERTVILLE Mi Kroger. For 3 years I've complained to the managers in Monroe and Dundee and called corporate nothing changed. I walked into LAMBERTVILLE Mi kroger and was PLEASANTLY IMPRESSED OF THE QUALITY OF THEIR PRODUCE.

The store selection is good. The delivery service is good. However, I will never order an order for Pickup again the bags that were used had no handles. The bags were heavy overpacked, and I could tell that my order was just shoved in the bag by the placement of the eggs with the coffee creamer, meat and hotdog. in fact, I was packed so poorly that the eggs cracked and transport from the store to my car

Night managers and staff are extremely rude. They kick customers out of the store 10 minutes before the store actually closes and have no respect.

Store is always clean and stocked. Older staff is kind and helpful. My BIGGEST issue here is that the young kids who do the pickup orders are absolutly useless. They take forever, they mess up the orders. They say things are out of stock when they are clearly not (I have walked into the store after they tell me something is out. And oh look there it is) again I get these are high schoolers but they need some supervision.

There is a manager named penny that works the customer service desk at Dundee Kroger ! She should not be a manager or customer service ! She’s not friendly , not helpful, n looks at you like you’ve done something wrong to her or it’s to much of a burden to ask a question or god forbid get help from her ! Not a good person to have a encounter with while at Kroger

Grocery Pick up is consistently HOURS late, They don’t inform over missing items, those workers act like they just don’t care about your time at all.

Perfect small town grocery store with all the staples you can need. And the people who work here are always lovely! One thing to note though, the floral department at this Kroger does not fill up outside balloons with helium (meaning if you buy a unique balloon on Amazon that Kroger otherwise doesn’t sell, you can’t bring that balloon into Kroger to pay them to fill it up with helium). I know Krogers in other areas of the country allow you to bring in balloons and pay them to fill the balloon up with helium, but it’s possible Kroger changed their policy on this and I just hadn’t learned of the change until I needed balloons. They did tell us that no other store in Dundee will fill up balloons, so perhaps its a Michigan rule? We called the store across the street and they told us they’d fill up the balloons so perhaps try there if you’re in need! Or drive to a bigger city and buy one of those small helium tanks.

It's one of the smaller krogers but you couldn't ask for friendlier people working there. This is my favorite kroger because they always have what I need and I get treated great by everyone that works there.
Try it you won't be disappointed not with customer service anyway

Love this store. Drive from the next town over. We have our own Kroger but this one is way better. Staff is amazing and the shelves are always stocked.

Very well stocked with a nice variety. Very clean well organized and lots of employees around if you need help. The prices are a little crazy but not more than anywhere else these days.

The staff isn't ALWAYS the most friendly, the night staff by self check out is often rude and pushy but again, definitely not nearly as bad as Walmart in Adrian. Id rather drive 20 hours for a NICE Kroger than the Walmart in Adrian even with the iffy night workers they are least aren't prejudice here. Otherwise prices are great, produce is great and they have awesome deals. MOST of the cashier's are sweet, they do hire plenty of school age kids and train them very well. Id definitely recommend this Kroger.
