“Awesome product. I’ve gotten 2 different 1/4 beef so far and both have been terrific. You definitely get what you pay for. The hamburger and steaks are perfect. My guess the burger is 90/10. The steaks and roast are great. I have gotten 1/4 beef at other places and the do not compare to BP farms.”
