Had to have thermostat and housing replaced on my 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee.
Zach Wright, the Service Mgr. took great care of me as always on both of our vehicles.
FYI, I literally am 5 min from a Chrysler Jeep Dealer but drive 40 minutes just because of their service.

I drive 45 minutes to get to Williams Bros. Dealership. There are some closer. The service department is always kind and I have never had to wait very long.
