Fair prices and propane is delivered in a reasonable amount of time after ordering. I recently had an issue with driver driving onto my lawn causing a muddy mess. Ferrellgas called to apologize and made things right with me. I greatly respect they didn't ignore my complaint and resolved the matter above my expectations!

The lady i talked to from durand Ferrell was super nice , the only thing is I wish they would deliver propane faster , reason why I say this is because I leave my wife in charge and we ran out 😆, 5 degrees out to lol also not their fault it's our fault, I blame my wife jkn 😅😅
