We moved to a fixed 6month camp/RV facility with an existing tank. The tank was near empty, so I called CS to schedule a refill in May. Gave CS all pertinent info for new account. Got a refill and an account #. After a month, no bill, I called and was told there was no record of the account, nor the presence of a tank. I reexplined the situation, and CS said they would involve MGMT. I finally received a bill in Sep, with a late charge. I am not impressed!

Very poor customer service!! I had my tank moved in the winter and Ferrell gas was suppose to come back when the ground softened to buried the lines, and never did. Hear at the end of September still no lines in the ground. We changed service due to the lack of customer service and now I still have their pig in my yard. I'm pretty sure I will be calling them daily to get it removed. Then when I did complain Lynn hung up on me. Never will I ever use Ferrell gas again!! I don't even think they deserve the one star rating. Overly priced gas for poor service.
