Everytime I order I'm missing items and it's usually when I do online orders. Today I was missing 2 items and had to make a 10 minute drive back up to the location. No compensation of any kind for the inconvenience. The burrito I had ordered was $6 and was the smallest burrito I've ever received from a tacobell location. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointing. If it was once in a while I'd understand but lack of order accuracy every visit is out of hand.

Will never go here again . Ordered chips and cheese and received a small dab of cheese in the cup . Enough for maybe 3 chips if that . Swqing back through and showed them and they refused to give me a replacement . Wanted to charge me for it . Oh Hell no !

Refuse to remake an order they messed up because they misheard the order. Never gave us a receipt to confirm the order. Employees were rude and unprofessional. Got hung up and blocked my phone number. Not the first time they have messed up orders. Not to mention the tacos feel wet and they didn't even give us the sauce we asked for.

I go to different taco bell’s everyday but this the only branch that shortens my food that i pay for like they decide the portions now or what exactly or depends on the mood of employees. I’m so done with them shortening me i have to report them to the corporate unbelievable!!!!!

30m wait for only two cars ahead of me. Finally get to the window to place my order, I get told "sorry we have some big orders right now" no one in front of me, 5m passes I get to order. Order is wrong, insanely thing burrito, also cold. Boy, I knew I should have had some dunce hats with me.

We were shorted 2 of the 8 tacos. When we called the assassination manager told us to come back and get them, we were already on the express way. We asked to have them refunded to our card and was told that wasn't an option. We asked to speak to his Manager, we were told he would be in at 3 then he hung up on us.
