Spoke with Brian and had no issues. Called back a few hours later and was connected with a woman. This woman treated me like I was stupid and went on to tell ME that I “must’ve misunderstood” because she wasn’t capable of doing what I asked. Hire more competent staff. Or at least FRIENDLIER.

I can’t seem to get ahold of anyone on the phone. Have all these options, but not one to talk to someone.

They deliver whatever packages are convenient for them. Also, like to say packages have arrived and deliver them 1-3 days later.
