“This company is awesome! Coming from a big city to now a rural area, it was a big adjustment with tv and internet. I just had to switch from satellite to fiber optic once it became available. The folks here are very nice and professional and actually take time to work out issues. Thanks for doing a great job and providing great internet service. I appreciate the lady (I'm sorry I don't remember her name, Maybe Lisa) she told me that the speed I was getting, was not satisfactory and she wanted it faster. Coming from the satellite speed and no other company to service me, I was cool with it I was just happy to have anything faster than that satellite. The lady sent Dave out, and he worked with me to figure out what my issue was. My cell phones wouldn't pick up the fast speed. When on Wi-Fi, my calls would fade n and out and or drop randomly. I have older phones (like 6 years old) that together, we found out through troubleshooting, they aren't compatible with newest routers. This was why I could only get the fast speeds on TVs, my laptop and Alexa. We swapped out to an older router and bam, the problem is solved and the speed is excellent. Thank you, Dave and the rest of the company. I would recommend this company.”
