So thankful for this Vet which is in the next town to us, for taking in our fur baby who was visiting from FL as a walk-in, while our own town Vet would not!
His skin allergies were acting up & needed immediate relief from a shot since his regular meds weren’t working. Thankful for a local vet who cared enough to take him in ? The staff was caring and professional & especially empathetic!
Highly recommended!!!!!!

I took two of my cats here to get fixed, the staff was kind, even helping me get the girls into the clinic. The service was very affordable and the incision was closed much better than other vets I've used in the past.

What more can you ask for in a vet than someone who loves animals, loves people, and is smart and incredibly effective in their work? Dr. Powers (and Emily and Mikayla and staff) checks all the boxes! After our dog ate mouse poison (and I muffed what I thought was the vomiting procedure with hydrogen peroxide -- you only need a small amount and then you have to wait for 15 minutes -- don’t just keep giving the dog more like I did!), Dr. Powers made huge accommodations for us seeing our dog twice in the stretch of 21 hours while we were off-island. His love for our dog was apparent when he hand-fed him some Rotisserie Chicken, no doubt from his own lunch (after the dog refused two other foods)... And his compassion for us in our helplessness was equally apparent, when we locked ourselves out of our keyless rental car and he helped us get back in! And as for effectiveness, in under 24 hours, our dog went from looking like he was at death’s door, to clearly on the road to recovery! Thank you, Dr. Powers and staff!

I am so thankful for Dr Powers! He was very busy and still took the time to see my sick kitten at the end of his day. He and his staff were very kind and caring. I'm very impressed with how wonderful they all are. Dr. Powers even took the time to show me how to properly syringe feed my little fur baby! Its very obvious that they truly love their job. I highly recommend Jordan Valley animal clinic.

I have my first appointment scheduled at JVAC on Wednesday for my foster kittens; I had to call and switch days TWICE today within two hours and I was so worried they would be irritated and rude but they weren’t! They kept a professional mannerism and were still friendly! I have a 4 month old so appointments get wonky and my days blend together as a stay at home mom. They helped calm my PP anxiety by not getting upset or frustrated. WONDERFUL staff! I’m excited to bring the fosters in to meet them!

I have taken my fur babies here for years! I absolutely love the girls here! They always swoon over every pet that comes in. They are always great and help you feel comfortable with any issue you may be facing.

This Is my Benjamin regular dr. Thier outstanding with very compassionate with your pet. And they Called in concern to see how my dog was doing after starting antibiotics. Shows they Actual care about thier patients. I RECOMMEND THIS VET TO ANYONE!

I would have continued to go here but the prices are way too high. Recently went to a different vet and it was 1/4 the price for same treatment.

Today is a sad day ? 8/30/2023. Over the years, doctor Powers has been our vet that looked after our Baby Toby Mini Poodle Rat Terrier mix.
When Covid hit the vet we had refused to see our fur babie but I called Jordan Valley Animal Clinic an Dr. Powers took us in though he seen our other fur baby Meowie our cat he cared for her when she had pyrometra the caring nature of Dr. Powers and his staff is the best.
Toby had an enlarged heart, fluid on his lungs and my concern for our baby boy grew as of 8/30/2023 at midnight I called the office leaving a message. I received a call in the morning an was able to get him in.
Of course Dr. Powers looked at him did some test an confirmed my worry all in all later the same day I called the office back in a panic and rush our baby boy back to Dr. Powers but do to the problems that had horribly unfold from the time I left to the time I brought him back to there office.
The choice was clear to painfully lay him to rest and end the suffering. Dr. Powers and his staff has been there the whole way.
I tell you this no matter what others say make your own judgment do your own research on the vet who really will care for your fur babies i feel its Dr. Powers and his staff.
I'm forever greatful for him and his staff.
