Had my labs drawn here a couple of times. Easy in and out. The staff are also nice.

When I went to get blood drawn in East Jordan there was lady there by the name of Shannon who was inexplicably RUDE. She was yelling at the computer saying it never works and it’s a piece of junk and so much more! Then proceeded to complain about anything and everything. I was in line to get my blood drawn and this younger lady was very polite and tried to defuse the situation but Shannon wasn’t letting to problem go and kept complaining about it in front of myself, and 2 other patients. I was given the supervisors card by this younger lady that drew my blood and she was EXCELLENT and more!! I forgot her name but I believe it starts with a B. I hope the next time I come to East Jordan, Shannon is no longer there due to her rude and inappropriate behaviors in front of patients. I will be reaching out to their supervisor to discuss the inappropriate behavior as well as reward this young lady for her professionalism and her skill set when drawing blood!

Today, January 25, 2022 I drove 45 minutes to get to the Labcorp East Jordan office. When I walked into the office nobody was at the desk, but I could hear a male employee carrying on phone conversation in a back room out of sight. I rang the service bell and patiently waited for someone to come to the desk. He kept chatting with his friend on the phone and didn't acknowledge me. Once again I rang the bell and again he continued to ignore my presence in the office. Again I rang the bell and again no response. I ended up leaving the bag with my specimen on the front desk and leaving. I tried calling the office from the parking lot and first I got a busy signal, then I called again and no answer. I called again and busy signal. I called one more time and no answer. I don't know if my specimen is going to be processed. This employee is apathetic, incompetent, and should not be allowed to work alone in the office.

consistently do NOT answer their phone - every month I call to make appt and either get no answer, a machine to leave a message - No One calls back or a message telling me to put in my access code - what that is for I have no clue EXTREMELY HARD TO GET ANYONE TO ANSWER PHONEmany times no one at front desk - you have to sign yourself in with machine so make sure you have your insurance care and drivers license with you - woman who works there is nice, but not very attentive once you have checked in as she is usually on the phone, sounding like she is chatting to someone personal, will get off phone saying things you'd say to a friend, "ya ok, we'll talk later, or I've gotta go I've got a client here, etc. Once someone is checking in a the annoying machine which she can see, she should get OFF the PHONE and be ready immediately to deal with the client that has checked in - sometimes a man is in back, always seems to be on the phone Clinic there doesn't to lab work, then send you next door to the lab corp, so no place else can go, stuck going there

I drove 45 minutes on slippery, snowy roads to drop off a specimen that I had taken at home. There was nobody at the desk ,but I could hear a male employee talking on the phone in a back room. I rang the service bell and waited for him to come out front. He did not, so I rang again and again he ignored the bell. I rang the bell again, and still no service. In the end I left the bag with my specimen on the front desk. I don't even know if it's going to be processed. The male employee who was in the back room ignoring patients may well have put it in the trash. I have no way of knowing because when I tried to call the office, first the line was busy, then it just rang with no answer and again busy signal followed by no answer. Boo! I hope I never have to use this lab again, but I'm in a rural area with no other options in my insurance network.

Had to walk around the building to find where to go. No signs and nothing was labeled. Big Sign out front near street said dental offices. Probably not the labs fault. The labs are in the back with the covered driveway and glass sliding doorsWas a good overall experience walked in without a appointment and was done in about 20 minutes
