Got a big gulp here that was supposed to be a dollar with rewards but every time they scanned The big gulp cup it came up as an XL Iced coffee at 3.98. Even when they manually put it in it was rang in as an XL iced coffee. They said there was nothing they could do and ripped me off 4x the price of what it should have been. All customer service does is keep making you repeat what happened until you get sick of answering the same question over and over until you are sick of arguing. This particular branch is a joke and needs to be investigated for price gouging.

The owner is unprofessional to say the least, arrogant & rude! He’s a middle eastern bald headed guy. I’ve been frequenting this location for over 20 yrs and never had a problem until this guy was working and I had to get serviced by him.

Usually pretty chill, but tonight I went in and the lady at the counter immediately snapped at me that I had to wait outside. She did not give an explanation for why, but she sure did indicate that I was supposed to magically know that nobody was supposed to walk in. Don’t want to deal with that again, so I’ll just start taking my evening business to the Speedway down the street instead.

Someone came out and up to my window like a panhandler and then told me to leave without even asking if I was coming in to buy anything. I hadn’t decided what I was buying in the area, but it was rudely dismissive and lost a potential customer. I would not have minded buying something it helpful, but instead I just left

Not my favorite 7-Eleven but it works in a pinch (aka when the Hub 7-Eleven slurpee machines are down). For me, it all comes down to the slurpee consistency and while their machines will suffice, I much prefer the consistency of the Hub 7-Eleven. It's not exactly the cleanest store, I've defiantly seen buckets below leaks in the ceiling here a time or two. Overall, a good ole college town 7-Eleven.

Owners are not polite and only care about money. They speak horrible to customers and bully their employees. Food is rarely ever fresh & floors are always dirty. Ceiling is falling down by slurpee machine. Will be taking my business elsewhere.
