I would not go to the service. I have the service in a scammer got into my account and took my phone number and I have to wait seven days for anything to happen. Please just go somewhere moresecure.

NEVER BUY A PHONE HERE!
Back in September, I went into the store and talked to them about upgrading my IPhone 12 to a 16 plus. They explicitly told me I would be getting a $700 trade in value so I ordered my new phone. They said they would call me when I came in (they didn’t). When I went in to pick it up, Kayla was processing the order and told me I would be getting 700 off, but when the paper printed, it said 350 (this shows that even she was confused). She told me to contact customer service so I did.
Flash forward to today (10/14/2025). I was about to do a software update on my phone when it said I was out of storage. I checked and it said I had only 128 GB of storage on my phone. When I ordered my new phone at the store, I know for a fact that I said I wanted 256 GB. I LOVE taking pictures so I would never order 128 cause it’s not enough. Since I’m on my mom’s account, I personally never got the order confirmation to check this error. I went into the store and explained the situation to KAYLA. She said since it was past the 14 day return policy there was nothing she could do. I then told her that when I came to pick up the phone initially, nobody confirmed that I was the right phone (or else I would have made the correction then). She then proceeded to mock me and say “I'm not gonna confirm that and say “here’s your 128 GB iPhone”” THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE 101 to confirm that I am receiving what I ordered.
Every interaction with various staff members at this store have been awful. Never going back there and will probably switch to a different service provider after this.
