Very dissatisfied with my visit 1/20 at 2:30pm. Went in to get new windshield wipers after noticing one of mine had broken. I went up to the counter for suggestions and to figure out the size I needed. The older gentlemen who helped me was kind of condescending from the beginning but I brushed it off. I told him the make, model, and year of my car and he pulled up wipers ranging from around $22-$37. I asked him if they had any cheaper options then he continued to explain windshield wipers, how they work, why expensive one are better, and got extremely condescending towards me and was acting like I was a stupid girl who he could squeeze extra money out of "because I know nothing". He then asked me if I understood what he was talking about like he was speaking to someone smaller than him, I told him yes I know how that all works previous to this conversation and told him I spoke to my father who knows lots about this kind of thing and he told me I should be able to get good quality wipers for less than $15. He then became very arrogant and told me with an attitude "if your looking to spend THAT kind of money, you should probably go to Walmart, not an auto-parts store" . I then left and went across the street to Auto Value and had an absolutely amazing experience (they recommend cheaper blades AND range from $10-$15)!! I will never be back.

I bought a brake caliper and got it installed only to discover that it's pissing brake fluid all over the place. It turns out the internal linkage for the e-brake was sheared off, allowing fluid into the rear of the caliper and out the dust seal.
Quality control must be completely absent to have missed such an obvious flaw. I'm not sure how it is possible to assemble a caliper with that broken in this way. This should have been caught.
Had it not caused such a significant leak, I may not have noticed that the e-brake was completely nonfunctional and unknowingly put other safety and my own at risk.

Colton helped me figure out what was wrong with my headlight. He then helped me find the correct product in the store and purchase it saving me time and money from going to a shop and helping me DIY I will come here again because of the service the price and the availability of items
