I’ve had a fantastic experience living here so far! The management team is top-notch—super friendly, responsive, and genuinely care about residents. They made the whole move-in process incredibly smooth, providing clear communication every step of the way. The facilities are always spotless and well-maintained, which really makes a difference in the overall living experience. It’s clear that they take pride in creating a comfortable, clean, and welcoming environment. I’m really happy with my choice to live here and would highly recommend it to anyone!

If you want any sort of privacy, I don’t recommend living here. Since moving in, maintenance and management have sent several notices of entry for things. I understand needing to access the unit to change smoke detectors and basic safety measures, but at this point it feels excessive and it’s annoying. It feels like we can’t go more than 2 or 3 weeks without them having to come into our unit and our rooms, and it’s been this way since we moved in. As someone who appreciates their privacy, I can’t wait to move out when my lease is up. I have several friends in other apartment complexes and they’ve never experienced anything like this. There’s nothing worse than when you’re in the shower and you hear management knocking on your door for some new unit inspection. For how much you pay to live here, you would expect some sort of privacy but management doesn’t seem to care about that. I swear I had more privacy and space living in the dorms at MSU than I do in this apartment. Just keep this in mind before you rent here. Don’t get me wrong, the maintenance workers are excellent and very very kind. Richard in the office is great as well. Truly my only issue with this place is how often they come into your apartment, and giving you a timeframe of an entire week so you really have no idea when they’ll even be coming.

11-4-2024. Setting up 2 leases for my daughters for 25-26 school year at MSU. I can already tell how friendly & helpful the staff is and I think I have talked to almost all of them, but Richard!
I'll update my review, as our process moves along towards next year's housing process continues!

If I could give 6 stars I would. Campus Village is an amazing establishment managed by amazing individuals that truly care for every resident that comes their way with issues. The two years I have been living here have not been long enough. Unfortunately my next chapter has come but this one will forever be remembered because of the plethora of amazing staff that work here. Amenities and location are a HUGE plus! i lived here for two years, beautiful and spacious apt with kind and accommodating staff. the social events were fun, and the common areas are great hangout spots.

The staff at CV are very helpful and friendly! I am staying here for a second year in a different unit, and they made the transfer process incredibly smooth and convenient. The individual leases and rooms are great, and you can’t beat the proximity to campus!

When I moved here my apartment was disgusting. It was clearly not cleaned, and the bottom of my shower was brown and covered in hair. When I shampooed the carpet for the first time, the water was black, and after three washes, it still doesn’t come out clear. The dishwasher sprayer was clogged with food and toothpicks (?) and ended up needing to be replaced. My bike was stolen within the first two weeks, the lock being cut through in the bike racks in the parking garage. The saving grace is the amazing staff. The front desk staff was super helpful and friendly. The maintenance guys were amazing as well, but they were understaffed so you had to be patient with maintenance requests (which was not at all their fault). It’s also close to campus, and close to the bus routes. After I cleaned everything it was a decent place to live while I was in school.

My son and his roommates signed a lease for the 24/25 school year so since we aren't there yet, I don't have anything to say about the building as of now but I wanted to give a HUGE shoutout to the office staff! All throughout the process of signing the lease, this mom had like a million questions and every person that I spoke with in the office was amazing! They took their time and answered all my questions and never made me feel rushed or dismissed me. Richard, Ansel, Nick (just to name a few!) YOU GUYS ROCK!

I am writing this as a parent (and our students agree). We love and are grateful for Campus Village! Why? 1) Close and covered parking for free, 2) maintenance issues handled promptly (dryer was replaced!), 3) nice furniture and Tempur-Pedic beds, 4) quiet, 5) clean and updated apartment with quartz countertops, 6) monthly (or so) free give-aways and free food events, 7) convenient location and close to Brody if you don't want to cook and lastly 8) not the cheapest but not the most expensive. We feel like we are getting a good value for our money.

I have lived here for multiple years in a row, and I have had the best experience. The staff is so helpful and nice. If you need anything Nick and Rich reply speedily and will do their best to assist you! Additionally, the rooms are all renovated, spacious, and BEAUTIFUL.

I just moved in to Campus Village and I love it already!! Campus Village is the best!! Shoutout to Nick for all of his hard work!! He’s very speedy at meeting requests from the residents and he’s always a friendly face to see when I go to pick up my packages. I look forward to the rest of my time at Campus Village!! I lived here from August 2021-August 2023 and had a great experience! All members of staff were extremely kind and helpful. Maintenance requests were always handled in a timely manner.

Rented here for 2 years and it was the best place I stayed in. Rooms were spacious, leasing office responsive and maintenance extremely efficient. Rent is on the higher side but worth it for what you get.
