There is a covered entrance along the whole front of the building and apparently the employee smoking area is a bench in the front of the store underneath the cover. So in order to enter the store you have to go through what amounts to a smoke tunnel. Since I don't want to be exposed to smoke on my way to get groceries I will not be coming back to this store.

The stockers are always in the way and usually have there carts in the way and no one is around. It is very frustrating to see boxes of items you are looking to buy unopened in front of empty shelf space. I waste more time in Meijer dodging stockers than finding what I need. What ever happened to stockers working at night when the amount of customers is minimal?

I also was never a fan of Meijer and would drive, out of my way, to go to Kroger or L&L. When this location opened, not only is it convenient, but it's mini Meijer! We love it! Smaller, quicker get in and out, easier parking. Not to mention a separate, outside area for bottle returns. No walk of shame with your hundreds of old cans and bottles rattling through the whole store. Very friendly staff. They know my daughter's name now. Very happy with customer service and their MPerks program.

First, let me state: I do not enjoy shopping at Meijer. Now, with that being said, this Meijer is better than any I have been to before. It is smaller than many Meijer locations, but there is not a lot of traffic; I get in and out quickly, the items I've wanted have been in stock, and it is clean and bright.
