Had to give the most recent interaction a full 5 star experience specifically because of how little the worker actually cared about retaining a customer. To think it has been just one year since I left a fantastic review of the same exact employee!! I signed up for a 10X10 unit back in November of 2024 and in that time my rates have experienced two different rate increases. Going up over 30 dollars in price in less than a year. If you value your money and want to be informed of price increases the way that Compass contacts you about everything else, DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT sign up to store your valuables at this storage facility. You will be in for a very rude awakening, I hope this helps the good people of the East Lansing area save their hard earned money! (:
