I love Dr. Morris, otherwise I'd switch practices. Billing and reception are awful. Beyond awful. They had me crying in the waiting room because they refused to let me see the doctor over a $111 balance no one mentioned when I scheduled my appointment.

I could write a couple paragraphs about what I've experienced these past 2 days. I'm simply trying to get a referral so I can have some specialists help with my back/hip pain, and I've had 2 separate telehealth appointments which the office and/or physician who were supposed to call me, completely mess up and I've never received the phone call. I have tried calling them multiple times and staff say that I should be receiving a phone call. NOTHING has happened yet. Now it's closing time for them and I'm sure I'll just get lost in the shuffle over the weekend. Abosulte garbage! I've been a patient for about 18 months and I've never had a "good" experience at your office. Goodbye Cornerstone!Edit: After reading someone else's previous review about a prescription not being called into a pharmary, come to think of it....the same thing happened to me in October. I had a physical and was prescribed a medicine so I went to the pharmacy the next day and they had no record of it being sent to them.

I’ve been waiting two weeks for a call back.. they love to NOT refill my thyroid meds. I’ve been on the same meds for over thirty years and they make me fight for it EVERY time. It is a true privilege to find a good doctor who cares, but let’s be clear.. they work for us ultimately. I’ve had a headache every single day for two weeks being out of this medicine.. left several messages with two of the doctor’s answering services over two weeks asking what I needed to do.. my pharmacy called...nothing. I was trying to be patient and wait for their return call but didn’t want to go through another weekend without my medicine and this headache is crippling. They closed way earlier than their scheduled hours today so I had to call the on-call doctor service.. I’m now waiting for that. Over 20 years I’ve been going to cornerstone family practice, but if they don’t call back tonight, I am saying goodbye. I deserve to be well.

I have been going to Cornerstone for approximately 5 years and the level of care has considerably decreased. The last straw was when I went for a medication check and was supposed to have three refills. However, they only gave me one script, so I was without my medicine, and they refused to fix it without another appointment. Going off the medication is a huge no-no and I was forced to miss several days of work because of it. I have not had the same provider over the last year, constantly getting new people, as well as the whole front office has changed over. The office manager seemed completely inept, and did not seem to be understanding or be sympathetic to my situation. Very disappointing and have been considering leaving for a couple of years, but not getting my meds appropriately was enough for me.

I was a patient in this practice for over 10 years. Got sick with covid, called to the office and asked to take a message for any available PA to prescribe me paxlovid or anything that would help me. I had 103.1 fever that was difficult to reduce with tylenol and ibuprofen. Nobody bothered to return my phone call. Called later again to a physician on call.....twice. I couldn't believe, but nobody called me back. I think it's time to find a different primary care provider.

I would have given them 5*s a week ago, but turns out that after scheduling and a few days ago verifying my wife's appointment (which is needed asap). She goes in and they refuse service claiming she is in collections.Turns out they failed to bill us properly for a service over a year ago, added a whole bunch of extra charges, and then now forced my wife into the office to humiliate her and refuse service. She has been in the office on at least 4 occasions since this appointment and each time they failed to mention any bill we owed as we pay as we leave every single time. (Including all outstanding insurance leftovers). They screwed up. They know they screwed up, and now they are trying to save face. Someone from their office will likely comment and attempt to mislead you about the situation blaming us for their complete incompetence. My wife needs medical care, and these billing scumbags screwed up and are making it our problem.I want to say, that I really like the doctors here, and it is completely on the unprofessional and apparently incompetent billing team.Edit: They also refused to talk to the Doctor about a refill of a muscle relaxer they forgot to call in during her last visit. They said she had to wait for a new appointment even though this was medication supposed to be prescribed the last visit.

I had an appointment at 2 pm on Friday for a physical, 08/11, and I was extremely disappointed in how I was serviced. I arrived at 1:45 pm that day and everything was good up until the medical assistant left my room. She left my room at 2:06, and I did not see my doctor until 2:55. This is not the first time that I have had to wait over forty five minutes to be seen, it seems to be every time I visit. I understand that doctors offices can get backed up however it is extremely frustrating when it happens every time I go. She completed my physical in roughly ten minutes and wrote me a script for a deodorant.I arrived late to work that day due to the excessive amount of time it took to be seen. When I had the chance, I called my pharmacy and asked if my prescription was ready. Which they then stated that my script was never called in. At that time, the doctor's office was closed for not only that night but the entire weekend. I understand it is just deodorant, but I think it is extremely unprofessional not to finish writing scripts before the weekend especially because I was seen well before closing time. Please take this into consideration for future appointments.

they scheduled my appointment 6 months out and rescheduled appointment 5 days before the date, gave me a new time that I couldn't make and then said I can't have any appointment now. What a joke of a practice. Hannah Finery was the doctor I searched out so it would be same as wife, she canceled my appointment even though it took 6 months to see me. Wish I could have just seen a doctor to help with my medical problem instead of leaving angry review, jeez

Dr. Morris took my appointment after the P.A. I was scheduled with fell ill. He spent at least 45 minutes listening and helping me to come up with a plan of action for a complex set of symptoms. So appreciated his analysis and the time he took to do an excellent differential diagnosis. What a breath of fresh air to not be immediately diagnosed and sent away with a drug!

The front desk staff are TERRIBLE. We had an appointment, we're on time and they said we taking lunch. They checked us in an hour later. I mentioned my kids had some secondary Medicaid insurance during the pandemic but we never applied or used it. We use BCBSOFMI. Have been there 2 years. They said we had to find a knew PCP because it would be insurance fraud. That is flat out wrong. I called the insurance company to prove that but being busted she said she would call the policy if we didn't leave. I have 6 kids on our insurance 18-24, all in college. I have Cancer and now I have to start over with another office because one office staff had bad information and was too prideful to recognize it

PAs have been great. Billing office has limited knowledge and has been quite unprofessional, rude, and has even fibbed.

Most disrespectful and careless doctors office I've EVER been too. Do NOT waste you're time with these unprofessional people.

I am so glad to be a patient here. I was feeling awful yesterday & didn’t expect them to have any same day openings but they got me in within a couple hours of me calling. I have never met Kiersten before but she was so nice, compassionate, & informative. I am already feeling better! I wish it didn’t take so long to get in to see Dr Morris but I am glad they have so many great PA’s!! I would totally recommend this practice to anyone! My Grandma is actually going to be a new patient here next year because I told her how great they are :-)
