I’m not one to leave reviews, however, the experience I had here warrants one. I scheduled an appointment online for a gel fill multiple days prior. On the day of, I showed up and confirmed with the lady at the front desk that I had an appointment, and was told to select a polish color and wait for a chair to be available. No problem.I waited at the front for approximately two hours, meanwhile, a handful of walk-ins, who had not scheduled appointments, were given chairs before me despite them requesting more than one service and/or a service more time consuming than mine. During that time, none of the staff checked in with me or provided an update on the wait time. It seemed as though they blatantly ignored me. It shouldn’t have taken me as long as it did to take the hint, but I eventually left.I’m also not one to pull the “race card”, but I find it difficult to believe that the fact I was the only non-white customer there at the time was purely coincidental and didn't play a factor in this incident.

I typically love this place everyone is very talented.Been going here for awhile.I made an appointment on Monday for Wednesday at 12:15pm. I was on time waited 30+ minutes then was told to come back later. I am very busy I had/made an appointment time for a reason I cannot just “come back later” . I am very upset that this is the case as everything seems to go up in price ( with the economy which I understand) which is fine- but the service quality and customer service goes down. NOT OK. When someone has an appointment you don’t just ask them to come back. Made me sick thinking about that-I’m in the service industry as well & I would never do that to my cleints.I will never be back as that is very unprofessional & unacceptable.

This was unfortunately my first and last time entering this establishment. Me and another female student who are both black entered creative nail spa and was sitting up front for at least 15-20 minutes with no welcoming or assistance whatsoever. I myself tried to stop this lady that walked up to the receptionist desk to ask her when we were going to be assisted or at least spoken to but she proceeded to ignore me and walk away. 20 minutes after us sitting there, 4 white girls walked in and were assisted immediately. After a staff member spoke to them all, I asked him why me and the other black girl wasn’t assisted yet and he proceeded to ask us if we had an appointment. We said no and then acknowledged to him that their website said they allowed walk-ins. He laughed and said they were all booked due to it being graduation week which I completely understood but him or another staff member could have spoken to us and told us that 30 minutes into sitting there waiting to be assisted instead of ignoring us and making us feel unwelcomed racially especially when the 4 white girls entered the nail spa after we were already sitting there first.

Nails were barely filled down so they peeled off within the week of getting them done. Cuticles didn’t get pushed back, just a normal gel "manicure" with some small design, cost $35!! waste of money, poor quality.Service: Nail art

I have been going here for nail services for years, but unfortunately, the service has gone downhill in the last year. I always make appointments, and the last few times I ended up waiting 45 minutes to an hour. The last time I went was by far the worst experience & why I won’t be back. I made an appointment online, and apparently they didn’t get the booking which isn’t a huge deal. If you don’t actually offer online booking, I don’t think it should be on your website, but again, whatever. Things happen. I showed them my confirmation text and told them if I needed to come back later that that was fine. They said it was no big deal and started doing my nails. The end result was by far the worst set I have ever had. The man rushed through them. They were bumpy, there were visible brush strokes & uneven polish, none of the nails were the same shape or length, and there was a large bump of acrylic right at my cuticle. I was super disappointed. The salon staff is super nice, the place is gorgeous and clean, but the service just isn’t there anymore. I found a different salon and won’t be back here.

My first nail/spa experience… I’m not gonna lie it was pretty great. This place is soothing and the staff is fantastic. As a guy who’s never had this done, I’m definitely motivated to come back.

The manicure was a good price however, I booked the deluxe and did not get it, the nail tech who did my nails did not get all the way down to the cuticle or to the sides with the colour, I accidentally smudged my nail and he fixed it but did not put clear coat on it, and all of my nails chipped less than two days later.

Did an absolutely amazing job! I have heard amazing things about this place, and never wanted to drive as far away as it was from my apartment, but will be doing that every time now! Best nail salon in the East Lansing/Michigan State area!

Shophia was so kind, greeted me at the door and showed me where the colors were for the gel polish. She easily struck up a conversation with me and did a quality job with my nails and eyebrows. I will be back and ask for her every time!

Worst manicure of my life. Had an appointment at 4 and didn't take me till 4:50 without apologizing. Got dip manicure done. It was done super messy. The activator coat was clumpy and instead of switching to another bottle the tech kept tapping the bottle to get the last bits out and used her nail to get the clumps that transferred onto my nail bc of the clumpiness. I was trying to give her the benefit of the doubt and wait to see the final product but that was disappointing as well. Because the activator wasn't applied to the nail evenly the sides of my nails are either missing polish altogether or have bumps and bulges. I even have polish under my nail in some spots. What a mess. The only positive was that the tech was very polite and that the price was reasonable for dip. Pretty useless though if your nails look like they were painted at home.Service: Dip powder

I just moved back to MI and have never lived in the lansing area. This was the second nail salon I've tried. The first experience was fine as I had called ahead of time (as they as you to do here on yelp saying they don't take walk ins). This time since they had told me to come right in the last time I decided it would be fine to just go this time. I pulled up (maps declared this facility to be open today) to a ship with the open sign lit up on top of the door, walk in, and am told that they're not open today. But online says they're open, their door says they're open, the door is open, personnel are standing around in the lobby. I don't understand. They just wasted my time and gas and actually had the audacity to tell me to come back tomorrow. I won't be coming back at all.
