I am currently in town visiting Michigan as I am trying to make a big move soon from Boston. I decided to look at a few storage facilities in the east Lansing area while I am here. I was not very impressed with a few of the other facilities as they did not offer what exactly I was looking for. I walked into the office and the manager treated me with a smile on her face she was with another person so she stated that she would be with me as soon as she can and asked if I would like a bottled water while I waited. When she was finished I told her I am looking to rent a storage unit with in the next few months she asked me a series of questions to better fit my needs. She gave me a tour of the facility and showed me many different options she thought would work best for me. I was very happy with how clean and well taken care of this facility is, I really thought the garage area was a great feature to keep out the nasty weather. I was very happy all around and will be returning to speak with Jayme the manager as soon as I have an exact move in date. Thank you again Jayme!

Storage Sense was a lifesaver when we moved to Michigan. Jamie was always great to work with. She is patient, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. The facility is clean and wonderfully maintained. Highly recommend!

I don't normally leave reviews but I was extremely impressed with this storage facility. From the phone call to the tour Jayme helped me all the way. I currently rent from a storage facility in the area and i have never received the customer service i have by Jayme. She was so friendly. Knowledgeable, and answered every question I asked. Walking in to the facility the it was clean decorated for Halloween and smelled amazing. Jayme greated me with a welcoming smile. She then took me on a tour and showed me the facility and I was even more impressed with how clean and well taken care of the facility was. Jayme pointed out many perks. I have family that recommended storage sense to me and I will be switching to storage sense I feel great knowing my belongings will be safe and protected!

After shopping around a few different storage places, I’ve come to the conclusion that storage sense is the best option for me. Speaking with Natalia on the phone was a pleasure, she was helpful, insightful and explained everything in detail. In the past I have dealt with several people from other businesses who sound like they don’t even want to be doing the job that pays them, but this was not the case! Hopefully others have the same experience I did, wonderful place and people!

This is by far my favorite storage unit facility! The management is always so kind, professional, and willing to go above and beyond to make sure their customers are taken care of. They truly work with you to meet your needs and make the whole process stress-free. The units are clean, well-kept, and secure, which gives me peace of mind knowing my things are safe. I really appreciate how accommodating and friendly the staff is every time I stop by. It’s rare to find a place that treats you with this much care and respect.
