Communication was simple and concise as I called in the claim, gave details, and was shortly after called by the repair shop who inspected the car, ordered parts and called when they were in. Car was dropped off, repairs completed promptly and was back on the road in a few days. This is why I switched back to State Farm after only a few years away.

Dan and Jeff were very helpful as I worked through a recent claim. When things got stuck in the system or the automated answers weren't clear, they helped move things forward and always answered all my questions quickly. Without them, I wouldn't have gotten it resolved as satisfactorily.

Dan's team has been very helpful throughout the claim process. Only complaint I have is with StateFarms online claim system. It doesn't expose enough information. It alerted me that is paid some money to the body shop after the claim rep had told me that they would be doing all dealing through me. I had to take time to call into the claim line to find out there was more communication happening between the body shop and StateFarm and further work was necessary. Instead of stating this in the alert along with publishing the new work I had to hunt this down during a very busy day. Not friendly.But, Dan's team always helps for what ever I ask. Always treating thier clients like neighbors rather than customers. They are more expensive than other insurance companies but you definitely get what you pay for with Dan's team!
